Manganese phosphate coating provides excellent wear resistance, as well as lubrication and anti-friction properties that make it an ideal choice for sliding components. Typically applied to components manufactured from mild steel or cast-iron substrates, manganese phosphate provides a long-wearing crystalline absorptive coating.
Zinc Phosphates coating holds topcoat layers of oil, lubricants and anti-corrosion waxes in extreme and hostile environments. When these additional coatings are applied over the phosphate layer, good levels of corrosion protection and low friction surfaces are achieved.
Xylan coatings provide lubrication and controlled friction, wear resistance, heat resistance, non-stick and release properties. At the same time, they also protect from corrosion. They are extreme performance coatings – working under heavy loads, at high temperatures, in chemical and corrosive environments. This type of coatings is used in all industries from screws to valves and connectors.
Xylan 8840 known as Teflon is a FEP based system, non-stick coating with chemical protection, corrosion, heat resistant, electrically insulating. This functional non-stick coating is used on components in industrial food production.
Everslik coatings are dry film lubricant coatings providing friction control and surface release solutions for applications where liquid lubricants are impractical or could fail due to load or temperature. The microparticles reach even the smallest cracks of the surface and cause the natural sliding of the material. Reducing wear, galling, and heat generation on your components will reduce running and maintenance costs, machine downtime and operational limitations.
